A 20% non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your commission slot. This deposit is deducted from the final commission price.

After you approve the preliminary sketch, the remaining 80% is due before I proceed with the clean lineart, coloring, and rendering.

Up to the sketch approval stage, you are welcome to request revisions according to my revision policy.

If the commission is canceled by the client, the booking fee will not be refunded, as it compensates for the time invested in planning and sketching.

Final files will be delivered once the commission has been completed and full payment has been received.

Don’t rush me. I always deliver my commissions and aim to respect fair timing after the payment, but please be patient. If you’re waiting for your turn, I will get to your sketch as soon as possible.

Urgent/delivered-first requests require an additional rush fee, since your piece will be prioritized over others who booked before you.

I also have a job and a personal life—respectful timing ensures good quality for you and a positive work environment for me.

Check your email at least once every 1–2 days. If I need clarification or reference details, your timely response impacts how fast I can proceed with your piece.

I will not finish or deliver your commission until payment is received.

I provide a WIP (Work In Progress) for every stage, including: Preliminary sketch, vlean sketch, lineart, flat colors, final rendering.

If you’d like more frequent updates, I’m happy to share as many WIPs as you want—just ask!

You will receive at max 2 free sketch. If neither is approved and you want a third, it will cost +5€.

For digital drawings and full illustrations: One minor correction is free (e.g., small color edits or detail fixes). Additional corrections will be charged (+3€ to +5€ each).

Once the artwork is complete, no pose or lineart changes will be accepted.

For sketches, one round of corrections is included after payment. No additional edits unless paid.

You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, or sell my artwork without proper rights.

Posting on social media is totally allowed, but you must credit me clearly when sharing.

If you are a private client and wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, Amazon/KDP publishing, personal crowdfunding projects) A +100% fee will be applied to the base commission price.

If you are a publishing house or editorial client: We’ll discuss the terms of licensing via email, depending on project scope and print run.

If in doubt about what counts as “commercial use,” feel free to ask in advance.
